Aquamanta External Filter From Maidenhead Aquatics

Does anybody have an aqua manta filter from maidenhead aquatics with the spry bar attachment fitted at all?
 
i have changed to this attachment as i got discus and they didn't like the flow from the other attachment but now since changing to the spray bar the filter has gone noisy as hell is this normal?

thanks this is the second filter i have had off them in 4 months the last noe was whisper quiet but the motor went on it and now this one making a loud rattling noise

Done all that I've had it apart and had the impeller out everything, just can't seem to get it to quieten down for some reason, i have phoned the shop and they are going to phone the manufacture to see what they say about it
