Aquaclear Filter Motor Is Abnormally Load.

I came in to fine my filter vibrating very loud and found that the motor is the problem. I tried cleaning it off but it did no good.
Any suggestions?

Try switch the power off, then on again
try this a couple times and see if the sound varies,
this happens with my Fluval 305 I have to switch the power off and on until it stops making grinding noises..
have you cleaned every part of the filter including in the Impeller chamber? this can often hold grime which can slow down the rotations, which strains the motor.

I did try that but it didn't work. Maybe i didn't do it enough i don't know but I just took the motor from a different (unused)filter and put it on and it worked.
