I think we need an UK aquabid!

It's a great website but I hesitate to buy fish because their all shipped from America and I wouldn't want that for the fish - it would be far to much stress for them (no matter how well their packaged).

I think we should start one! I'll do it!

Me too the cost of shipping from abroad is silly and as for getting fish from the US or the Far East the postage costs is 3 times the cost of the fish you end up buying.

WE WANT A UK AQUABID !!

And I stand by my demands.

I wouldn't have a fish shipped from america, don't think its fair on the fish. There must be a uk site similar to aquabid, anyone know of one??

i have too much spare time at the mo and ive been trying to think of some kewl content for a site to design for ages!!

i love making sites but never have anything decent to put on them so this would be cool.

i have to admit im not THAT skilled.


i can make all the front end of the site no problem but its how we do the selling part we need to look into.


do we hav actual auctions with bids or do we jus make a place to sell all your fishy stuff including fry etc.

Well there's already a site like that - Aquarist Classified. We could do it like eBay - Auctions or Fixed Price...
