I'm sure you'll find plenty of info if you google it.

But just in case you haven't yet :

The RSPCA tell CAPS they are very concerned about the sale of Aquababies. We contacted Nottingham City Council's Environmental Health Officer, who informed us that they could not act because this is not illegal. We believe that it is, and will continue to campaign to end the sale of Aquababies.

UPDATE: No UK shopping centre any longer sells Aquababies - and a court hearing has ruled that the sale of aquababies at the Trafford Centre in Manchester was illegal. This has set a precedent that can be used constructively to prevent other animals elsewhere being sold in similar circumstances.
