Aqua One - Cf1000 External Canister

I purchased the above together with the Aqua One 300 watt heater yesterday for my new tank.

Anyone know much about them and how good they are?

A bit late if you've already bought it, but I was going to reccommend the tetratec's - just bought the 1200 version and it has run circles round the other externals we have (fluval x04's and Rena XP3)
