It would be appreciated if you could answer one or both of these Q's

The dimensions of the Aqua One 620T are 62 W x 72 H x 39 D cm or 24.4 W x 28.3 H x 15.4 D inches, it is 34 gallons.
If I replce the normal lighting with new Reef Octopus Litemaster LED 2ft which is T5 and has 1 24 watt actinic and 1 24 watt daylight how many watts per gallon would this be, considered High, Moderate, or Low lighting?

Is the lighting on the Red Sea Max 130D considered High, Moderate, or Low?
It is 3.5 or 4 watts per gallon (I think) and are T5.
Or probably you could say low on substrate and shade, medium at medium level, and high at the highest point of the water level.

I'm always really confused when they say medium, moderate or high on sites.
