Aqua Clear Coming Out With A New Line Of Filters?

ive been going to my lfs frm the first time ive ever kept fish and the owner knows his fish and is very knowledgeable and he was telling me that he heard that aquaclear was beginning production with a new series of internal,canister, and wet/dry filters!!!!!!!!!!!!! this would be awesome since everyone knows trusts and loves aquaclear filters beacuse they are quite simply the best power filters and extremly cheap and always available. but ive asked other people and theyve said the havent heard about them making other filters, does anyone know if this is true?

Well, A/C sort of does already make a canister - the company is Hagen and they make Fluvals external canisters and internal power filters.

i know theyre hagen but he said theyll be under the aquaclear name
