I know several have asked and I found this online today :D

Approximate growth rates of the Guppy.
Please keep in mind that this will vary according to care (especially feeding), and genetics. However, I have included this for general reference. Please note that females may grow much larger than the males.

Male Body length not including tails.

New born: 6 mm
One Week: 7 mm
Two Weeks: 1 cm
One month: 1.5 cm
Two months: 2 cm
Three months: 2.5 cm
Six months: 3 - 3.3 cm
Full grown: 3.5 - 4 cm

I would post this in the livebearer section.

My adult guppies never reached that kind of size, let alone babies lol. Maybe with tail, but not without. Guppies grow very slowly, average lifespan is one year nowadays, and it takes them til 6 months old to get to fully grown. Not really worth it, IMHO.

Well done. I'm going on personal experience and articles I've read. Guppies nowadays are so inbred that they're weak and generally dont live that long. And the majority of guppies in the LFS are already adults, so lord knows how old already, so in reality many of us only have a couple of months with our guppies before they up and pop their clogs.

IMO a waste of tank space unless you're willing to have a species tank and devote your time into breeding them for yourself and getting the most out of them. Personally I can think of more exciting and hardy fish to stock lol.
