1. Will my clown loaches attack and kill them?

2. What kind of bio load do the put out compaired to a fish?

2 Do the eat all the plants?

not sure about the loaches
i would say bio-load is negligable but whatever their load i would say they make up for it by cleaning up uneaten food
they wont eat your plants but do like a bit of cucumber

Depends on the type of applesnail, brigs are the usual type the grow to the size of a golfball, and dont have good teath, they prefer soft greens like rotting leaves, dead fish, algae, grapes that sort of food, most plants are too tough for them although they may have a go at the larger leaved types. I used to breed them years ago, canas grow to double the size more like baseball size and will eat EVERYTHING so much so they are banned in some states and countries due to the damage they do to crops.

Will your loaches kill them, possibly, i never kept any kind of loache ever due to their appetite for snails. Small loaches prob wont bother with large snails, but when they get bigger they might.

The bio load is quite high, due to the constant eating, the do give back a bit as they clean up the tank a little so they are probably better than large fish, remember they need to eat, they will eat fish food but not before the fish get there, the same with algae wafers, other fish will push them off so add something they can eat twice a week so they at least get something.
