Apple Snail Has Measles !?!?!?

My golden apple snail has loads of tiny red spots all over him.
What is it?
And should i be worried...

If you mean red spots on the body that's normal. Some even have blue or purple spots. Part of their coloration. Sounds normal to me. Any chance of a pic to rule out anything sinister? So long as the snail is moving about and active/eating I wouldnt worry.
