Aponogeton Ulvaceus

I would like to propagate some seeds from Aponogeton ulvaceus, I have had this plant in my aquaria for just over a week and it's been producing leaf a day and very rapid grower, really happy with it. Last night I noticed a few flower spikes making their way to the surface.

I would like to know:

How can I collect the seed from the flower?
Is it self fertilising?
What the best way to germinate the seeds?
