Aponogeton 'stalled'

Hi hope you guys could give some advice.

I have two aponogetons that have become quiet. They both flowered last Christmas, and had lovely long leaves. However, they are now dormant and have had nothing since. I know they do go dormant, but for how long? I've also read that sometimes its best to lift the bulbs and store them in a damp, dark place for a while.

Any suggestions? I dont know the specific name of the plant, unfortuantly.
