Apistogramma Cacatuoides Female Behaving Odd

I bought a male and female Apistogramma Cacatuoides on Monday and although the male seems to be doing fine the female seems stressed or ill. She was yellow but looks more grey now and seems to spend a lot of time sitting on the substrate out of the way. Nothing about my tank parameters are out of order and all my other fish are doing fine. Is it possible the male is bothering her? Or could she be ill?
 
EDIT: also while on the subject, can anyone tell me if my male classes as a double/triple red?
