What a nice looking fish! It's nice to see someone like you on this board who keeps a little bit more unusual apistos. :)

Those fry match their surroundings perfectly. I noticed their orange bellies..are they full on baby brine shrimp??

Hi Elizabeth,

I feed the fry and juveniles with baby brine shrimp in the morning and frozen cyclops in the evening, with the youngsters I think you could say the body is pure a simply a life support system for their stomach

I'll try to get some pictures of my other pairs that have youngsters, includes Apisto atahualpa and Apisto hippolytae amongst others just now.

I was in Stockholm a couple of weeks ago (tend to come out to Sweden every 3 or 4 months on business for the day job!!). -15 degrees C at night was a bit of a shock to the system, next trip should be in May so hopefully should see some sun and warmth!!
