Apistogram Sex

Im looking to put a pair of Apisto. Cacatuoides in a 10g planted tank im making and was wondering if it is easy to tell the sex of these fish so I can try and get a breeding pair.

yes it is easy to tell the difference in the sexs. the males will have alot more of the orange/red in their dorsal fins and tail than the females, and the females will be yellow in color compaired to the males

no problem man, I should make a note though that the yellow in color is in referance to the body color of the fish.
