Apisto Agassizi And German Rams

Hi just a quick question!

is it possible to keep apisto agassiziz and german blue rams together in a heavily planted 60ltr tank?

The tank would only be suitable for one pair of Dwarf Cichlids and out of the two, I'd go for the Apistogrammas as they don't grow as big.

a pair of german blue rams would be to boisterous for a tank of that size.
