Api Water Testing Kit Help Plz

There was no instructions to this kit I bought and I'm wondering if there's any available online?
Can anyone here can give me advice on using it? I have a rough idea of what I'm meant to do but don't wanna risk fudging it up when tank cycling.


p.s. I've already looked through the introduction for noobs thread and it didn't seem to cover this, specifically.

If you have no luck taking it back to the shop, I can give you a brief set of instructions, do PM's work on here? if so send me a PM with your email and I will draft a set of instructions for you.
