I wanted to know if there was anyway to acclimate fry to a different tank?

Yes, you can. It needs to be done slowly though, because they are sensitive. Do it over about an hour, I'd say.

You can either put them in a Ziplock or similar bag, with their water, and then just acclimate them like you would any other fish, or you can do the drip method. This is where you have a bucket with the fish in it, and you use a small airline...you can start it siphoning out of the tank, then clamp it or knot it so it just puts a drip in the bucket about every 5 seconds or so. There's much better descriptions on the boards if you search for "Drip method" or something similar. :)

Edit: A quote from SirMinion (very helpful)

The trickle method (also known as the drip method)

Place the bag of fish in a bucket and open the bag. place the bucket on the floor by the tank.
take a length of air tube and place one end in the tank and make a syphon.
tie a knot in the tube to reduce the flow to a drip and allow the water to drip into the bag in the bucket.

Leave it alone for a couple of hours .

when the water overflows the bag into the bucket, and the fish escape into the bucket is the time to transfer them to the tank via a net.

If you have two tanks that use the same water for water changes, and they're at a similar tempeture, then there is no need to acclimate.
