Is there anyway I can modify my 29 gallon to stock a couple of angels? When all my babys are full size and ready to sell, ill get rid of them and put a few fish in the 10 gallon. So I'll probably get rid of the neons and cardinals as well as the shrimp into the 10 gallon. Would that be ok to add 2 angels? So then my setup would be 6 cories, 2 Angels, 6 Zebras, 2 otos, 1 Dwarf Gourami. Maybe I could also put the gourami in the 10. So, do you think that would be ok, or is it still too small to stock an angel? Will the Angels pick on the danios or vice versa?

i think that'll be fine unless you get a male and female as they become aggresive during mating...remember angels are cichlids

hi
not sure on the best tank size for angels just know they like tall tanks.
i have got 3 angel fish 1 in a 60 gallon tank with danios corys neons ( yes i know ) & mollys & that 1 is ok never seen it pick on anyone or anyone pick on him.
in the 55 gallon i've got a breeding pair & them 2 are so moody & when they spawn the rest of the fish have to live down 1 end of the tank while the angels live it up with most of the tank to themselves, i've got corys gouramis & 1 rtbs in there with them hth :D

Maintenece will be ok, and the height of the tank is 1 foot, 6 inches. Is that enough?

Oh wait, one other question. Did you mean it was ok with or without the gourami?

Anyone know? I might leave to the LFS soon so i kinda need to know if i need to donate the neons and cardinals with the dwarf gourami or not.

The gourami will be ok with them, I had a dwarf in with my angels for quite a while :)
