Anyone Use This Co2 Indicator?

probably do the job but not the most beautiful item in the world is it. But then again some people think a diving submarine is a healthy addition to their tank, lol. whatever floats ur boat so to speak.

Personally for the price this is a much better option:

ADA Glass drop checkers and GREAT price!

WOW...ADA products are already on EBAY...guess i shoulda seen that coming..maybe the price will drop now :D
so how does that one work?
is it basically the same as cross referencing my kh and ph?
or do i just put the drops inside the glassware..interesting..i may just pick one up..do you have experience with that one craynerd?
thanks dan

I saw this in the shop, i dont think there's any drops with it so you wont get an accurate reading telling you the Kh value. Dunno how it works though, probably some reagent on the paper

No, but Neil uses one, he says its ace. If i was interested in reading my Co2 then i would also buy one....but thats a different story.

Basically included you get a bottle of reagent solution, and all you do is place a drop of solution in the end of the glass checker and pop the glass checker in the tank. The whole thing is made from beautiful glass so you can see the reagent colour change all the time. The colour obviously changes dependent on the CO2 concentration.

This is worth normally about £50-60, so £25 is a great price.

i use that one in my tank but not quite sure if it working properly.
but surely, the colour of the water with reagent inside the tube changes colour depending whether my tank lights are on or off .
i do not add co2 in my tank so i rely on the tank lights changing the tank's co2 consumption
