ANyone no about my CLown Knifefish?

Hey i was wondering if anyone new how long it would take for my clown knifefish to grow nice and big. Hes about 6inchs now and ive had him for like 6 months

He's not asking how long they get. He's asking how long they take to get big indicating that he is fully aware that these are big fish.

I think you owe him an apology.

i would have to agree with sirminion. Knife fish have growth spirts in some sense once they get to about a foot they will start to eat more and more and shoot rite up. At least thats what my black gohst knife did.

You are correct Sir I was wrong Entirely and appolgise. Samsung is right they do grow in spurts but I think at this age they should be larger than that. Mind if I ask what you are feeding them? and again sorry about missreading )

another reason why he night be a bit small is what size tank he is in.

ive seen some clown knifes that wont even fit into a 29 gallon.

yeah im buying a 90galon really soon so you never no he might grow bigger in there but ive allready noticed about a 2" growth since ive had him so its not like hes stunted or anything...anyways thank you all for you replys
