anyone know anything about 'interpet gold...'

I came onto this website, in hope for some help.

I am looking after my friend's house and the pets.One of the fish died, and one of the others has slimy white spots. I managed to find some 'interpet gold tap saf' and ';interpet gold disease safe'. But the instructions wernt in the box. there are directions on the bottles.but i want to make sure i can use it without killing the fish...

can anyone please help....am in desperate need as you can tell

Hi Gemma it sounds like it could be white spot, hard to say without seeing it though.

Do the spots look like grains of sugaur, or salt.???
