I am interested in a breeding pair of White Spectar Crayfish for a 20 gallon long tank with lots driftwood but not sure if possible to simply keep together , I also plan PVC tubes but again I know crays can be killers so not sure ?

I don't know about white specters specifically, but if they're anything like dwarf CPO's you may want to consider adding a second female. A single pair will cohabitate somewhat peacefully given enough hiding spaces but mating, which happens frequently, takes a toll on the female. Males are absolutely brutal-first time I saw it I thought he was trying to kill her!

Words of wisdom as never thought about the mating taking a toll on the female . I have no interest in selling / breeding them so might even go with screen partition and now simply get 2 diff colors .

I used to have Panther Geckos years ago and same thing they got along great but separated them due to just that but with crays never occurred to me

Thanks
