One of my rainbows died and dont want to leave female alone in tank for long. It took LFS 3 months to get my pair the first time and cant wait another 3 months for her a partner. was wondering if anyone has done any ordering online with descent shipping prices. I dont want to pay $50 shipping for a fish. lol

Anything you order online is going to have an unreasonable shipping price, particularly in the colder months when sellers are reluctant to ship Priority. Aquabid.com is always good though...

They are shipping live fish to you overnight... If you find anywhere for under $20 that does that, then your fish are probably going to show up dead and you're being unreasonable.

On that note, LiveAquaria.com (Drs. Foster & Smith's live fish site) does overnight shipping for $30. If you buy $250+ worth of fish, which can be easy to do, they ship them for free.

the best way to get a deal on shipping is to buy the fish in groups. since rainbows are schooling fish anyways...
