Anyone Heard Of These Filters

was looking for a new filter for my rio 180 and came across this, well i can have for just under £60 any thoughts on it. has any one ever seen one before...

I going to plant my rio witha few palnts nothing crazy..just wanted to know if the active carborn will be of benifit to them i know it s not c02 buts it close

and any idea on media lay out i should use ..going for a tropical tank ... some java moss and some moss ball, sand bogwood and later after cycle, about 15 small fish my tank is a rio 180 with standard lighting hoping the palnts last in there

It's just basically a standard canister filter. Great filtration. I'm not sure on the particular brand, though, some are better than others. Eheim is one of the best, but idk if they're in the uk or not. If i were you I'd just run it with mechanical filtration. You can do carbon if you want but you'll have to change it about once a week and it's not all that beneficial.

what media do you think i should use.. it say 2000lt ph should cycle my tanks total water content evey 5 minutes ..seems alot
