Anyone Got This?

Hi ya, I've only got fake plants at the moment but want real ones. I've got a rio180 tank with the 30w x 2 lights. And an interpet pf4 filter. will these go good with it? I've also got a long air line at the back of the tank, where alot of the plants will be on gravel.

You'll be fine with them, providing you have a nice stock of fish to feed them, they're all easy growers. Once they're all in and growing you can probably do away with your air line as the plants will do it for you.

I have 14 emperor tetras, 4 honey gourami, 4 peppered corys, 1 plec and 1 male fighter. if they are eating the plants want do I do about feeding them? Thanks

Doubt they'll eat them, the corys may pull up one or two from time to time but you'll be fine there.

It says dracena on that site, im pretty sure it is non aquatic but is frequently sold as aquatic.

I'd keep an eye out for that one, and the umbrella plant aswell, I was sold an umbrella plant and it turned out to be a potted plant variety!

Agree with Hanny, there is a couple of non aquatic plants on there. I personally wouldn't bother with that deal.

ebay do a LOT of deals like this and you're more likely to get 100% aquatic.

there are all sorts of packs from 1-200 plants in a pack, and they're fairly cheap.

cant remeber which one i got mine from, but all but 3 plants were in great condition, with good root systems etc.

I'd much rather buy a brand such as Tropica or Aquafleur, they're expensive but you pay for quality and they certainly are some of the best available, you can either order on line or from your LFS, they're generally about £3 a pot.

I'm going to have a look at some places tomorrow see what I can get, but if stupidly expensive I'm going to go for that ebay link as thats a great price.
