three of my Neon Tetras have a white lump,

two of them have it on their mouth,
one has it under its stomach.

the lump is white/clear
and grows to a certain size then suddenly goes small, then a day later back to being large again,
they only have one on them,

I have treated with Methylene Blue but it didnt make no difference. I also tried finrot/fungus treatment.

any one have any idea. I did look on google but nothing similar to what I have.

its hard to tell without a picture..any chance of getting one up?? for the time being i would isolate the three fish if you already havnt.

Cant isolate them,
they are with a burstlenose catfish.

Unable to get picture, the little hits wont stay still I have been trying for ages,
they have had this lump now for 2/3 weeks.

Can you find a picture similar to it on the internet?

I have searched all over.
when I type lump in i get loads of white lumps etc.

this is a small lump seems to grow then shrink.
I was thinking of just trying to treat with a anti bacterial infection medicine to see if it helps...
