Anyone Got A Trigon 190

Hi , i have just set up a juwel trigon 190, i just wanted to know how people rated the internal filter. I currently have a fluval running my old tank and i am thinking of using that for the trigon. Any opinions??

i'm running a trigon (check the sig), i also run just the internal. I have had no problems at all with the filter. If i was to start over again and had no children crawling around, i probably would have taken the filter out. Only just for ease of maintenance, as it is a bit of a pain due to the position.

Great tank and filter works fine, As Ianho said it takes a bit of getting used to maintaining the filter but once you got your own regime then your cooking on gas well that is unless you cook with electric

With my 190 I originally just used the inbuilt filter then later added an external. On my Trigon 350 I took it out but that's just a personal thing it just gives you a bit more room and removes a possible capture point for smaller and more adventuress fish.

did you find that the water was clear? mine seems a little hazy compared to my other tank

I found it cleaned my water up great I must admit though that was with a light loading of fish, later on I added a few more which is when I later added the external.
