Anyone Else Got An Aivary

just wondered if any one else keeps birds
im just in the middle of building an aivary the houseing is going to be 10ftx6ft and the flight is 25ftx9ft ill just be keeping finches in it and its going to be planted

wow looks to be a big job,

My dad has always kept birds but has recently downsized his aviary and decided to just keep canaries
his birdhouse is 8x6 and the flight is about 8x8

i carnt wait to get it finished now and get some birds in it ,looking like it will all be finished for the end ov august the latest , concreating the flight floor next week then thats all the hard work out the way

thxs Davo86 it is a big job but will be worth it in the end this is the 3rd one iv done but the bigest and the best so far

its comeing on great thxs got the houseing compleated now, going to tempory block the hole were the birds go into the flight ,so i can get a few finches in it in a weeks time ,i can do the rest from the out side and that way i can get them breeding this year

its comeing on great m8 im ready for a few finches in it in a weeks time now
then its just the concreating and frames to do wich i can do from the outside ,and im all done wich i should have done in a fews weeks if all goes well, as my dads a security guard on a building site and hes been borrowing matarials lol so its worked out allot cheaper for me
