Anybody Had Problems On Amazon Co.uk

Already had to put a claims in due to supplier not sending goods out or answering emails.
There been tons of bad feedback by people not happy with the supplier.
People are mad with amazon for not getting on top of the situation fast enough.

Anybody else had a bad experience with amazon.

The amazon shops are just as bad as ebay IME...

Yeah, I once had a problem with an Amazon seller ... ended up getting my money back through them ... but took ages

Don't think I've used them since ... even though I know it wasn't Amazon themselves ... but was disappointed with their help in the problem I had

Yeah, just like ebay.

My mates had problems with getting stuff from a few sellers and took him months to sort out lol.

Ebay and Amazon are great if you buy sensibly, I always check out the sellers feedback, if its good then I feel safe if theirs been some negative comments then I tend to stay away, just need to be careful really

Amazon as its own seller is great, realy cheap and fast delivery

Didn't make any difference checking the profile this time as it all happened after I ordered.
I always look at there percentage record anyway.

Have used Amazon's third-party sellers quite often with no problems.On one occasion the item didn't arrive,i contacted them and they refunded me.But i always check the feedback first.
