Did you contact them to talk to them? Are they a transhipper in your area?
Sorry can't say I have they are to far from me, but my betta's came from a transhipper where I live and the website was something simular maybe that might help, all i did was contacted them. They sent me pics told me where they where and hours to be there at etc.
