hi i need a new filter, a week ago there was a good post on here with a link to a good site but i didnt write it down. if you kno a good site pleese put a link here.

im looking for eheims mostly ive got a 2028 running on my 50 gallon. my new tank is a 125 gallon what filter do you reccomend for that size? 2028 is ment to be ok for 125 gallons but i want more filtration-possibly a pro3?

cheers

If it were me, I'd just buy a second filter of similar size - and run then on opposite sides of the tank. That's what I have in my 100gallon now and water is super crystal clean.
Though it's with a Rena XP3 (I don't recommend as they are noisy, but came with tank and offers strong filtration) and an Eheim 2224 (that I ran on my 50 Gallon).

Livingseas and Charterhouse Aquatics are the best for prices on Eheims I've found. Though there are some others around as well I'm sure.

I can recommend livingseas. I bought my eheim from them and they were the cheapest at the time.

cheers for replys. the living sees is the cheapest so ill go for them.im thinking of getting a pro3 or mabie 2 pro 2's
