If a plant has leaves where they have started to break down due to lack of ferts/feeding and this is subsequently rectified can the plant/leaves recover or is it best to haul it out and plant new ones ?
It is best to remove the dead leaves only, whilst leaving the remainder of the plant in place, a plant will use more energy repairing a leaf that it will growing a new one, so pull of the decaying leaves, and rectify the deficiency.
