Are there any online plant stores that are in Australia or post to Australia?

Yes there are. Support your local businesses. Dan from Aqua Green Collects Native Australian Plants and cultivates them as well as having some Non-Native Plants. He also sells native snails and a native algae eating shrimp.

Though I have not yet bought from him I've heard only good things.

He Also Produces his own range of substrate fertiliser, dino dung and his own liquid fert dino pee.
These are among one of the best value for money ferts because you are not paying for a fancy label just the product.
