well if its 60 litres which the name kinda suggests then its 16 gallons so a pair of blue rams mite work.

Yep it's a 60liter... 15.7 US gallons... 13.3 UK gallons. You could get a pair of apistogramma or rams.

No you couldn't.

No cichlid would be okay in there, unfortunatly.
Try looking at some of the smaller oddballs, such as gudgeons.

If its 16 gallons id go for a smaller community fish tank. i'd get some platys, danios, tetras, guppies, cories.. mix and match a little, just dont overstock and keep them in large enough groups if required.

You could keep a small community of the Tanganyikan cichlids known as shelldwellers- for instance neolamprologus multifasciatus (multies).
