Any Ideas? :)

I have a 20 litre (or more) tank with two ADF's and a fighter in, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for other fish I can put in there (if i can) I don't want it over stocked obviously but I don't mind doing extra water changes. If not, I will probs just get something like a apple snail and some sort of shrimp,

A apple snail and shrimp would be fine. Some copper rasboras? Just a suggestion, may be compatible with the frogs someone will have to back me up here.

Is this a male or female beta?

If it is a male you will have a hard time keeping any other fish alive with him in such a small tank.
