You could sprinkle some fine sand into the tank... get them to adhere to the fish... and shout "OMG the fish has whitespot.... but don't panic.... I can quarantine it at home"

Remove fish - place in tank at home - Then after a few weeks.. you can say.... "The poor little fella didn't make it"


Oh yes... I'd be that devious!!

i also agree and say its a Pinkface Wrasse, A.K.A the five stripe wrasse. (Thalassoma quinquevittatum)
hope you dont have any shrimp in your tank... these fish will gobble them up in a heart beat... heck.. this fish even go after and CATCH Mantis shrimp.
