seen this co2 system is it any good (i know its not branded)

+ does anywhere know where you can get this refilled in middlesex (ive heard wildwoods do all but would they do this one? any others closer to ruislip?)

there's no link so cant comment.

as a regular wildwoods customer (for my dennerle co2 refils) i can vouch for them. they have a massive co2 bottle and refil from that. if it's a standard sized fitment (cant tell you what the fitment is though i'm afraid) then they can refil it. the JBl and Denerle bottles are identical but it's the actual bit you screw onto the regulator thats important. i'm pretty sure theyre all the same size regardless of manufacturer.

costs £10 for a 500g bottle refil which lasts me about 2 months in a 40G high teck planted tank

Your first link contains a system that has a solenoid incorporated in to it, which is cheaper than buying the two items separately.
