Are there any good snail eating fish beside clown loaches?

I heard Khuli loaches will eat but mine are not doing anything.

Puffers are excellent at eradicating snails, but they are not particularly a community species.

Zebra loaches may be an alternative. I have also heared khuli loaches are excellent snail destroyers!

puffers are not a good choice for a community setting.

really any smaller loach variety should work. though i didn't find my kuhlis, when i had them, to be effective. i have zebra loaches (botia striata), and they took care of my snail population in jsut a week or two (3 of them)

Whoever told you that is a liar!
I have three or so khulis in my 10 gallon snail infested tank, if that tells you anything. They've been in there for months, and I haven't seen even the slightest decline in snail population... which is fine by me, since I kinda like my snails.

You could always try baiting the snails with a piece of lettuce overnight.
