Hi I posted a pic of my juwel vision 180 and views were obviously everyone would like to see real plants all mine were silk :/ Only had my tank for 4wks so artificial was the only way for me to go. I bought a Aqua Start 320 today thought it would look nice in my kitchen (bought for use as a nursery) Anyway bought 3 plants and have added these, I have used sand substrate as in my bigger tank. I was thinking if I tried these plants see how I get on then hopefully plant my 40g. Had a good deal at the LFS as well he gave me a filter as I liked the tank but not the underground filter also a nice book on plants oh how I love my Maidenhead Aquatics :good: Could this maybe be the way to go for a newbie like me see how I get on with real plants in the small tank ?

I'm glad you managed to find the tank. It should be ideal for real plants. I have 8 guppies in my Aqua One and about 6 plants. I added some Plantgro to mine and they are all doing really well. Good luck with your real plants, they do look so much nicer.

Thanks Stang, yes I'm really pleased with it, just got 3 plants sand bottom and was going to be a nursery but got 6 Guppies :good:

Nice choice, they'll look beautiful in there. And you'll be fine with your plants, I bet you tank looks great already.
