answering these will help:

lighting wattage/ levels?
CO2 injection or carbon supplement?
are you dosing any fertilisers?
what are the Inhabitants?

Very true tbh forgot to put that in as I was also dealing with a burst Filter :p

wpg 2.2
Co2 injection roughly 30ppm
Floraboost 20ml/week

1x Bristlenose catfish
and to many Corydoras as they wont stop getting frisky ;)

Filter is an Tetratec ex1200 on a 22.2gal tank (I think roughly that anywho)

it would either be CO2 or Potassium deficiency, and with the high lighting, i would say potassium, try splitting the dose up into daily amounts rather than weekly.
