Anubias melt happening at the same time?

Hi, wondering what is happening to the emersed leaves on my anubias? They were tissue culture ones and the leaves are melting off
What is strange is that my anubias I got 2 months ago is starting to drop leaves the same time as the new ones I got a week ago.
Could this be because of summer?

yes, my other plants melt in summer

this probably makes sense, as i haven't bought new anubias for like 4 years.
