I have a tiny 5 gallon tank and it came with an "aquaclear 20" external power filter.

what's the best INTERNAL power filter?

Thanks

not really what you asked but i depends on what fish your going to have in the tank. some fish like lot's of current, others like betta's like hardly any current.

but saying this from personal experience i'd say the best internal filter i've had has been in the fluval (excuse spelling if it's wrong).

:good:

yh there good, (u splet it right!!) but the EHEIM AQUABALLS are really good, they have a fully rotational 360 degrees head and clips out of the brackets etc, m mate has got 1; its up to u!

tetra-man 2 i see you got your fish now then.

good choices do you like them?

Most internals are too big for such a small tank. I use a Whisper jr on mine with flow set to low and a piece of sponge in the outflow to reduce current further. A small sponge filter would also be a potential choice.

I'm looking at a Fluval 1 "plus". Would that be better than my Aqua Clear 20?
