Just thought of something else I meant to ask.... I have a bubble wand thing buried under the gravel that makes air bubbles. It's connected by a plastic tube to an air pump. The other day I noticed that it looked like something was peeling off the tube. I realized later though that the tube is clear. This whiteish stuff that looks to be peeling off is actually something that has grown on the tube and is just seperated a bit in places. Anyone know what this is?
