Another Newbie

Hi everyone, new here and just thought would say hi.

Looking for some help and advise, i have a Biube Pure 35L with 3 Platys and some live plants. The fish appear to be eating a couple of the plants, dont know what type they are im still trying to search for them. They have almost completely stripped one of the plants of the leaves with only the leaf structure remaining, is this normal?
