well i posted this before. but it was a pretty horrible picture. so people werent to sure. the conclusion was that it was a zebra oblaque. what do you guys think? it has a yellowish tint, and black stripes.

Yep - almost certainly a sub-adult Obliquidens female. :good:
 
i have a male and female obliquedons and thats a female allright.
 
thanks for the replys. he came from a mixed african tank. i gave away all of my fish from that bunch but 2 kenyis and this one because he was so different. hopefully he gets along in the end with all my other fish (kenyi, aurutus, johanni, milomo, acei, insignis, bumble bee, demisoni)? or should i be worried about him?

Tricky one to call - you have 2 of the most aggressive Mbuna species in there (Auratus/Demasoni) and any fish could potentially struggle to cope with the aggression from those 2.

That said, there's nothing that specifically rules out the Obliquidens being compatible so i would suggest - go with it and just keep an eye on things. :good:
