Another Fish Id Please

could u guys please ID this fish...the guy i got it off said he was sure it wasnt an electric blue female but i'm not so sure

what do u guys think..electric blue female or a peacock of some sort

i deffinatly know its a female tho cause she has a very fat belly and keeps dropping eggs everywhere but doesnt go anywhere near my electric blue male and chases the small electric blue females away.
