lost my beautiful marble PK/RT today.. she showed little symptoms. her tail was a bit ragged looking along its bottom edge and all the fish in the tank are starting to get this too. she was just over a year old and was full sister to the black orchid male i lost and the two maroon females i lost in the past few weeks. the only one of thier family i have left is a blue combtail female who has been looking a bit dodgy ever since this disease started.

i had been using an anti bacterial treatment and this seemed to help wonderes, so i eventualy stopped usuing it after mabey 3 doses. now the disease seems to have started again.

this female was a fish i was intending breeding from again, as the fry from her last spawn have not made it. they just never seemed to grow.

she was a stunner, and her markings were always changing. she was a joy to wath and a colourful character.

these pictures are old, i had no recent ones of her. her belly has always been that pink colour, i just figured it was coz she was so pale, you know, like how albino things have pink eyes and skin because there is no pigment to cover the blood vessles. recently her markings were darker and she showed little if any pink on her
