Anglefish, Behaving Abnormally Emergency, Weak.?

HELP!!!
I don't know what is wrong with my angelfish, just tonight it has started to be really weak, and floating slightly around, the other fishes have been annoying it a bit but nothing loads.
Any ideas??!!! Urgent answers needed!!!!

A stressed fish can soon get ill.
Need more info.
Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate, and ph.
Is the fish pale, is it swimming upside down, can it maintain it's balance in the water.

It sounds like the same thing that happened to my fishes, is your fish still alive? Possible causes from what I can read is: Lack of appetite +lingering near the suface+ red discoloration of gills; body surface may take on light gray color+ little gill flukes (I don't know but I think they are SOMETIMES not clear to see)
I've used heal all from BIO - Elite. Placed it in my tank and even the other fishes are doing better. It could also be lots of other diseases, are there any other signs? Have you recently bought the fish? Plants in tank ext?
