Okay well its like this i have a juvie angel who is really very, very ill tempered. Its successfully attacked all others and i cant place why, i would like to keep a second and the tank is heavilly decorated with mopani wood and tank water is fine, it just seems to be overlly vicous, any suggestions?

Angels living with a pair of gold gouramis, three arulius barbs, syno. ornatapinnis and a clown peckolita, oh and a pair of butterflys

stupid size really, custom made, it is 30"(and three quarter inches lol)x18"x18"

Some angels just have a bad disposition, afterall they are cichlids. Kois for example seem to be alot more hotheaded then the others.

Shes just a natural coloured Angel (not and altum) its kinda weird that shes so foul tempered, do you think i should risk adding one or two this weekend?

Is she still a baby? That viscious lil mouth will only get bigger. I am actually having the same problem. The new baby I added has taken a likeing to nipping my big angels tail. Iv been hoping it would work itself out. But my biggie is just tooooo docile. The little nipper is going to have to be put by herself i think.

Yep shes a babey whos fins are covered in blood...............

I went ahead and bought a pair of angels of the same size, in one hour she had viciously hunted down the koi angel and tore his fins off, next the gold angel followed but over two days, picking at it, i hoped that it would of gave up opnce it proved it was boss but alas not.............. ce la vie my wee angels

Let this be a lesson, angels are not always angelic and cute, i've just gotta give up on this one............
